my number ONE goal is to conquer my anxiety. simple as that.
the second half of 2015 was not too good for me. i had massive anxiety to the point of having panic attacks. this lead to some depression also. my anxiety is not just limited to approaching girls. i have this lingering background anxiety on a daily basis.
i want to get back to where i was in 2014. i had girls, had not much anxiety going on and just enjoyed my life to the fullest. now i feel like not want to leave my house.
my plan to make 2016 the best and anxiety free year:
- meditate every day
- exercise at least 3 times a week
- eat a healthy diet
- no fap challenge for 30 days
- try different supplements (sam-e, magnesium, chlorella ... )
- try kratom again ( i stopped because i was scared when i read about massive withdrawals on reddit)
- go out and talk to people/girls ( i dont know if i should start the aa programm because my city only has 300k people living in there )
- get some tests done (bloodwork, testosterone)
my whole focus of 2016 will go into getting rid of my anxiety issues. period.
do you guys have any suggestions what i should try first for my anxiety ?

My goal for this year is to learn to find and improve/make good products, and how to sell it. Basically understanding the whole money making online thing via ecommerce. I literally close my eyes when sleeping or daydreaming and see business and lots of money.
I'll make a lot of money soon, and move out of my parents place (my own place) and still be in my early 20's to enjoy the GLL lifestyle without too much worries about finances.
This might sound odd, but I want to learn some rock solid self discipline.
In concrete terms.
I want to log myself for a year (with just working out, doing P.E, and eating right) and see where I end up in a single year. It won't be about losing weight, or gaining muscle (though those things will occur), but more about me getting up every day at 5 a.m, and doing what I need to do that day, even if I don't feel like it, for a year. I am sure if I can gain that type of discipline, completing goals will be much easier for me as a whole.

I have finally figured out the solution to this problem, it has plagued me for over a decade.. I want to share it with you guys so you can get it handled too. I'm thinking the best way for me to do that would be to make a youtube video about it because it's more complicated than just telling you what to do in a sentence but its also the most simple and easy thing that you'll wonder how you ever survived without it once you try it out
I know I'm listing 2items but these are my main 2 targets that I want to achieve other than not going backwards in any other part of my life.
*Keep up PE constantly all year (see my log, keep me accountable)
*Hit 220lb keeping single figure body fat
Judge me by my results
I want 6" girth
I want to permanently cure my premature ejaculation
I wont stop until both are achieved

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.

I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
