As you know, rates are pretty low right now. Depending on what your current term was set for on your mortgage it might be a good time to refinance. Of course taking into account fee and the appraisal depending on the type of loan could knockany saving you get from arate Reduction out the window.

Even though I hate the idea of having a roommate... I should set a goal of getting a roommate if I don't get laid by a certain time. Reason why I say that is because that's exactly what led to me getting laid- years ago. It's been too long since I had real sex. That is unacceptable on so many levels. I'm willing to take the leap of faith if all else fails.

For now though, I'll retry the AA program one more time.

Agree with you on the roommate thing, it just seems like a convenient way to get an edge on your social life if your already working full time and should improve your sex life, il be looking to get a roommate aswell sometime this year

Sucks man, I'm one of these unheard of humanoids that pride themselves on not needing/wanting/having a roommate. And then this thinking sets in. At some point you think to yourself, "what's worse? Not getting anywhere with getting girls or potentially getting robbed?" And having roommates in the past was sometimes a trip to hell indeed.
This is a last-resort-type of deal for me. If I end up going that route, I'll vow to never have roommates again for as long as I live.

For my June Goal, if I want to get to the pussy faster then I will try getting to the pussy through social circles. That worked for me before. (roommate) Gotta find some people to hang with then find some sluts...

I've done a lot of thinking about my current goal, and honestly, it's stressing me out a bit. Three weeks is all I got. It's not easy to have turned back into a virgin I tell ya...
So I'll change it slightly: I'm gonna make sure to bring at least one new girl over to my place by June 30. This will ensure that I appear less needy when I have a girl over, less pushy and less likely to scare her off, yet also appear more confident. This, I feel, is also more congruent with the AA program. "Forget about getting laid for now" Just a thought.
If you guys have any criticisms go ahead and drop them.

EDIT: I know it may seem like i'm overthinking shit but no, listen... When I read this goal the way it is written it seems more realistic to the brain.

I'm the type that really can't stand having his time wasted. I don't know if I'll be wasting my time with online dating at this time. I'm sick and tired of being led on by girls. Last year I showed up at the restaurant that me and one online girl agreed to meet at. I even texted her a picture of me so she can see who to look for. Nope. Flake.
Really makes me think back on the one gf I had in my entire life and what made her really commit to being my gf. I'm overanalyzing things I know. It's just in my nature to do so. I think I'll just rely on friends to hook me up with a girl they know for now.
Although if I had more friends life would be a hell of a lot easier

Seems pretty normal. Girl and you weren't on the same page. Sounds like she wants dating and you want sex. Pretty clear cut. She wants Blue and you want Red and Magenta (combined colors) isn't what either of you want.

If you said you wanted to date her then she would probably have come on a date (if that was what she was looking for), but you wouldn't have gotten sex (which is what you wanted) for several months.

Yikes! Are these types of texts just strictly sexual in nature? I hadn't seen it that way. I hadn't discussed anything sexual with her before. I feel like I'm not in the right place right now to be trying to screen or anything--I really just want to have a girl over at my place so I can get this goal out of the way.
