About the Penomet Penis Pump
The Penomet Premium System (The One I Own)
The Penomet is a water-based penis pump that you can use in the shower or the bath.
(update Feb.’13- You can use it outside of the shower/bath since you don’t have to pump it after you put it on)
The pump creates a safe, but strong, vacuum around your penis shaft. The vacuum causes your penile tissue to expand which produces a temporary change in size. It also causes the tissue to fatigue. Similar to resistance training from weightlifting, when the tissue is given adequate time to recover, it regenerates stronger and most importantly- larger.
The device increases both the length and girth of your penis.
According to Penomet USA-
“The pump is designed to allow a minimal compression force, while achieving maximum expansion, encouraging maximum growth and minimum discomfort. The more water is forced from the Penomet, the more the penis is encouraged to expand and the higher the hydro force vacuum that’s created. The more you use the Penomet the bigger the vessels become, allowing more blood to flow and fill the tissue. It’s like body building for your penis.”
Basically, it makes your dick bigger and it’s pretty comfortable to wear.
With consistent daily expansion and ample recovery, the results slowly become permanent. The result is a bigger penis in both the flaccid and erect state. An extended explanation is available on the Penomet website.
Some guys have also found that “pumping” helps correct unwanted excess penis curvature and prevent premature ejaculation. Since I haven’t had either condition- I can’t comment.
My Personal Experience
Initial Thoughts (November 2012)
While I’m new to the Penomet, I’m pretty experienced with penis enhancement and pumping. In total- I have grown over 2″ in length and nearly 1.5″ in girth. Water pumps have been significant in my progress over the past few years. It’s fun too.

Instant Penomet Pump (Post-Workout)
My soft size was about 5.5″ before that session, it flops around at 6.25″ after the session.
(+.75″ temporary flaccid length gain)
My erect size was about 7.2″ before that session and measured 7.3″ after the session.

My erect girth was about 5.8″ before that session and measured 6.2″ after that session

In that video, I used the strongest gaiter (the red one) and attached it over my erect penis for just over 15 minutes.
One thing I really like about the Penomet pump is that no water drips out when you are filling it up in the shower. When putting it on, it gets suction very quickly very quickly with about 4 pumps in total and without losing much water. The pump is nearly completely filled with water and you don’t have to pump it again.
This is very significant because the water helps create a strong vacuum. You want as much water as possible to remain in the pump. Interestingly enough, I didn’t really have to continue to pump the Penomet much while it was on. It stayed tight the entire time and the suction remained consistent both in pressure and across the length of the shaft.
Taking it off (see video) it was painless and not messy. As you can see there was still a significant amount of water in the pump which I poured out into the tub. Since I have been pumping for several years, my flaccid size was quite big when I removed the pump.

It’s been about 4 months with the Penomet thus far. It’s a very good pump and excellent if you at the beginning-intermediate levels with your PE. Had the Penomet been available been when I began pumping in 2009, I have no doubt that would have achieved the same success as I have with the Bathmate. It excellent for girth and good for length, just as legit pumps are. It’s also fun to use.
User-Friendly
As compared to the Bathmate, the Penomet is actually a bit more user-friendly. You only have to pump it when you put it on, as opposed to the Bathmate that you have to pump 1 or 2 times every 3 minutes to maintain good suction.
The advantage to this, in my opinion, isn’t that you have to do “less work,” but rather that you can put the use the Penomet outside of the shower and walk around. Since you don’t have to re-pump it, you don’t have to be in the tub or have a place for the discharged water to go. You can make breakfast or chill on the couch and watch television.
Since there are five different gaiters and the pump is large, there is arguably a slightly more extensive learning curve. Each gaiter pumps slightly differently. I like the Bathmate because you can just put it on with brute force in a violent pumping motion and it will stick your body in about 10 seconds. The Penomet, by contrast, takes a bit more finesse. Some might actually prefer to put on this way however.
Potential Support Issue For Smaller Guys
The Penomet is heavier than the Bathmate Hercules and new x30. It closer to the size of the Goliath model. Although not necessarily in my case, this can be either an advantage or a potential disadvantage for some guys.
It can be an advantage because the pump is large and you’ll never grow out of it.
It can be a potential disadvantage for smaller guys (5.5″ in length or less) might find it difficult to keep that Penomet on at a straight forward angle and might experience it ‘hanging down’ slightly toward the middle-end of their session. Guys that are already fairly equipped (7.0″ in length or more) probably won’t have this problem since their size should be big enough to support the pump. I’m ~7.3″ now and it’s fine for me, but it might have been more difficult when I started at ~5.25″. A shower strap would fix this issue completely, I don’t know that Penomet has one yet.
In my opinion- If you are 6″ or more, this probably won’t be an issue.
Minimal Water Retention
Perhaps the most notable aspect (aside from the always appreciated increase in flaccid hang) was that there was almost ZERO WATER RETENTION. Water retention or “turkey neck / tennis ball dick” is a non-aesthetically pleasing but otherwise harmless side effect of longer pumping sessions. Your penis may look deformed, but it will it normal shape in a matter of hours. The main problem is that it’s hard to put on a condom in that state. With the Penomet, this isn’t an issue and you won’t retain much fluid, if any at all.

Since I have years of experience with penis enhancement and pumping, it would be unfair for me to evaluate the Penomet (or any male enhancement device) as a newbie. I have pretty much “MAXED OUT” my genetic potential for penis growth.
In order to give a fair evaluation I have to consider “what I think” this device will do for you based on nearly a decade of male enhancement and the amount of pressure it generates compared to similar devices that I have had success with.
In that regard and in my “professional” [non-medical] opinion-
The Penomet is excellent and it is nearly impossible for it not to give you lasting gains if you stay committed to the workouts.
The pump will produce significant temporary and permanent changes in both length and girth, especially if you are new to male enhancement or to pumping.
What To Expect From the Penomet
You can expect both temporary and permanent gains from regular use of the Penomet penis pump. Lets discuss these.
Temporary Gains
One of the best things about the Penomet is that your penis will see an immediate increase in size. This increase will “hang around” for hours after you have been using the pump for several months.
The video above demonstrates how your penis can look after a training session. In that particular session, my flaccid length increased 3/4″ and my erect girth increased almost a 1/2″. You can expect similar temporary gains after you start using a FULL erection during your session. With a semi-erection or in the flaccid state, the temporary pump will generally be less dramatic.
These temporary gains are a lot of fun, you can take them into the bedroom and share them with a lucky girl.
Other than sexual experience, in my opinion, developing a large penis (even temporarily) is the best treatment for sexual anxiety. When I had an average dick, I had moderate sexual anxiety. These days it’s a total non-issue, in fact- I’m a bit of an exhibitionist and SIZE is about the last thing I’m worried about in the bedroom.
Permanent Gains
After several months of regular use, these temporary gains begin to become permanent. This process is sometimes called “cementing,” although that’s not quite how growth happens.
According to the manufacturer-
“Generally, most individuals can gain between 1-3 inches in length with a 30% increase in thickness. People who are much smaller, flaccid, seem to get the fastest, most noticeable results; Generally, after between 1 to 3 months, the length will start increasing anywhere from half an inch upwards and the more you use it the fatter and longer your penis will appear.”
I find their statements to be accurate.
The first inch is the easiest, the second (and further) grow gets a bit more difficult.
Guys that are on the small side when flaccid should experience significant gains. When I started penis enhancement many, many years ago, my flaccid size was a modest ~2.5″. These days, as you can see in the pictures, it’s over 6″. I credit pumping for 95% of that. I had manually stretched and jelqed for years and saw only minor changes in flaccid length, pumping has probably given me 3.5″, at least.
Similar to bodybuilding, untrained newbies will gain quicker than experienced guys that have been training.If you’ve never done PE before, you certainly have a lot to look forward to. If you have, but never used a penis pump, you too should gain permanent size as well as have fun with the temporary

You should consider getting a Penomet if you, either / or-
- Don’t own a Bathmate and have the money for the full Penomet system
- Outgrew your Bathmate Hercules and are looking for a bigger pump
As discussed in “Penomet vs. Bathmate: A Critical Comparsion” newbies should consider either the Bathmate Hercules or the Penomet Premium system.
The Bathmate Hercules is affordable and is a great starter pump. I used it for years and made significant gains. I still love it. Later on- you might have to get a larger pump later if you outgrow your Hercules.
If you have a little more money and want to get a system that will last you until you die, the Penomet Premium system is definitely a great choice. It has all the pressure settings and it’s plenty big enough. You will make wonderful gains. If the Penomet was available in 2009 and I had the money- I would have gotten the Penomet.

Hey my general recommendation, if you don’t own a pump yet, is this-
1) Buy the Bathmate Hercules
or
2) Buy the Penomet Ultimate package
The advantage to #1 is the price. I have used the Hercules for going on 4 years and made serious gains with it.
The advantage to #2 is that you’ll never need to buy another pump again. The penomet is pretty large and unless you dick breaks 13″ you won’t need to ever upgrade it for size/pressure.
Me and dld from mos was just talking about this. Most people prefer the bath mate, but I feel the penomet might be better because of the stoppage and different gauge levels.
It’s pretty close they do the same things pretty much. I’ll be doing a comparison page sometime soon too. But basically, they are both really good and most people couldn’t tell the difference if they weren’t allow to look down and see which pump was on their dick haha

Im not entirely sure of how to compare/record the pressure on the Penomet.. there’s not actually a gauge (just a ruler).
But like I mentioned- its pretty much identical to the Bathmate.
Penomet is pretty damn wide. I’d say 8.5-9″ of Girth
and its long too, I’d say 12″, if not 13″.

I’ve just started penile enhancement for 2.5mo. with SizeGenetics. I found your site a couple days ago and am noticing what you say about it to be true so far (I’m only really gaining length, no girth). I’m very interested to try the Penomet or Bathmate, but I’m not sure which I should get with my current size. Is there a minimum length/size needed to use the larger Penomet?
I’m currently 6.0′ erect (up from 5.0′ after 2.5mo use), and I’m guessing around 3.5′ girth (fairly thin)? I’m feeling I’d like to go with the Penomet so that it’ll be a one-time device purchase for the entirety of my growth journey; I’m just not sure about minimum size to start with.

HEy there Scott- yeah Sizegenetics is def. for length. Penomet, as you know, will be the last pump you’ll ever need if you buy the premium package. With that said- at your current size (and future size max-7.5-8″ (not chemically enhanced)- the Bathmate Hercules will work too and you probably won’t outgrow it. Both will work great.
The Penomet is like the Bathmate x30, no water [very little] water retention, super easy to put on, no leakage (=slightly more pressure).
So if money isn’t an issue on this purchase, I’d recommend the full penomet kit since it will have all you will ever need.

Im not new to PE. I get tired of jelqing and I was looking to get one of these hydro pumps. Im 6.5 inches length and 6 inches girth. I dont know if i should get the penomet or the bathmate. Money is not a factor for me. Once i choose a product I want to add the fleshlight to my routine.
Hey JJS– if money isn’t a factor- go with the Premium Penomet package– it will be the first and only pump you’ll ever need. You’ll definitely like it. The manual has routines in it, its pretty easy though, Penomet is easier to put on than the bathmate actually.

I had an opportunity to try out penomet and I must say my penis has gotten almost an inch longer since I started using the pump and a whole lot heavier and thicker. In the beginning I only saw the changes right after using the pump but after a couple of weeks the increase seems to be permanent. Therefor I have decided to sale Penomet as an affiliate, hope penomet will sort out all those men out there with less confidence.

I’m leaning towards the Penomet, but the gaiter test I’ve found here makes me second-guess (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkxqS3eU8OA) Even Penomet admits that the Bathmate x30 generates more pressure than Penomet’s strongest gaitor.
So question one: is maybe less pressure is good for a newbie like myself? What do you think of the test, where Penomet’s gaitors are all about the same? Do you notice a difference yourself in the pressure?
The other thing that rubs me the wrong way about the Penomet, besides the poor English on the site, is this video: the Penomet does not look well put together as he’s struggling to join them (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAu8xCasemo).
Question 2: your thoughts?
I’ve heard the penomet gaiters are made of silicon and the Bathmate gaitors with plastic and other reinforcements, and this is explaining the different results of suction, and the lack of discoloration you get on your dick with the Penomet.
Question 3: Any truth in the discoloration bit?
Lastly, Penomet’s eye-rasing “money-back guarantee”…Penomet site does little to clarify how it works
So, Question 4: can you explain how the guarantee works? That’s a huge selling point if it’s legit.

Hey Curious– interesting video. Even though I love the Bathmate, I wouldn’t put much stock into that video since its essentially an advertisement for HydromaxShop (bathmate UK)– I know nothing about them though. I’ve used both obviously and to this day– the pressure is the same. Both companies follow a certain standard where they can only have ‘so much’ pressure as to not make it unsafe like air pumps.. and both meet that standard and both their products will work for 100% of guys that put in the work (~12 minutes a day). I don’t think the material on the penomet v. bathmate gaithers is an issue really.
To me, it comes down to what you’d like to spend. So my suggestion is Bathmate or the largest Penomet package(the premium). The reasons are above
On the money-back guarantee- As of today there’s been about 40-50 penomet sold via GLL (i see the stats). And not one has been returned. So I’m going to assume that people def. like it. It’s a pretty solid pump, less likely to ‘break’ than the Bathmate. But again, I’ve had the SAME bathmate for 4+ years and it works perfectly and once close to getting broken.

I’ve had the Penomet since November– this review (and the information to come) is basically judging ‘how much pressure’ I can get with the penomet. It seems IDENTICAL to the bathmate x30. That’s why I can’t (and won’t) be saying “I gained X amount from the Penomet” I used the regular Bathmate for 4 years and all my gains are from that. But had the Penomet came out 4 years ago, and I bought it, I nearly guarantee I’d have the EXACT same gains as with the Bathmate Hercules. the two pumps feel identical.
All these devices are pretty much the same at the end of the day- they expand your penile tissue and you grow– little by little. The expansion/experience with the Penomet is just like the Bathmate. You can’t do the bathmate stretches with the Penomet, but the Penomet is easier to use in my opinion. There’s no significant difference that makes one better than the other actually.

Hey Sam – they are essentially the same. It mainly comes down to how much you have to spend. If you have the $, I think the big Penomet package (Premium) one is certainly great and you’ll never need another pump again. At the same time I gained a good 1.2+ in girth with JUST the Bathmate Hercules and that is about half the price, but you might have to upgrade to a big size later on sometime.

The standard penomet comes with the mid-level gaiter for cheaper than the hydromax. Should I consider buying that instead for the same price, since the gaiters can be switched out in the future? I kind of want to test the waters a bit before fully jumping in. Thanks a lot, love the site

The penomet is a better pump and i say this because of basic reason. No fluid build up you can pump or i for 30 min straight no break with no fluid build up you cant do that with the bathmate i have owned every version they put out. So why is fluid build up a bad thing its not really super bad but if you have fluid build up from the day before and then re pump it build on its self causing you to stop and let it subside. If your adding in any other pe work it also hinders that as well. This my personal observation from using both pumps for years with bathmate and i have had the penomet for little over 2 months.
I have to agree with that. The Penomet does not create or cause any fluid retention, and that is good. The Bathmate was killing me and I had stopped using it for months. Bathmate company did not want to refund me even though it was within the refund period. To test, I asked Penomet company for refund and they said no problem, but I would have to mail it in. I am NOT returning my Penomet, just wanted to check if they where honoring their money back statements. Go Penomet!
Is there a indicator to how much pressure is in the pump like the bathmate? I think you should do an article/video on different condom brands now. Basically which ones are better for girth since thats the issue that comes up with pumping.
Hey James- there’s actually a ruler on the Penomet which is helpful. I have to discuss the penomet a bit more (i will…). you only have to pump it at the beginning, unlike the bathmate– you gotta pump it throughout the workout. Penomet says tight the whole time if you put it on correctly. It’s a matter of peference though, I don’t mind pumping the Bathmate– it makes me feel like im making progress.

You don’t have to pump the penomet after you put it on, but you can’t do the ‘bathmate stretches’ with the penomet

I just bought a penomet premium over the net. The manual was discarded by the mail forwarder, and I want to know if it it comes with a soft/comfort pad as I saw on the bathmate site, though I know it’s a different pump. I got a pump and 5 gaiters. That’s it. No ring’s or pads to attach to the base of the gaiter. Is this fine?

The penomet does not come with any “comfort pads” But you really dont need it with the device. Most guys who have the x30 use their’s without the comfort pads.

Hey man i was wanting to know if you have received any info on the hydromax x40 that i have seen posts about. I didn’t know if it was just a scam or if they are really coming out with it because it’s supposed to be the medium size bathmate it’s bigger then the Hercules but smaller then the Goliath. I’m ordering the X30 this week and figured i would just wait if the X40 is real because the post said it is being released in March. I ordered the penomet (standard package, i didn’t have the money) via your link a little over a week ago and have had and used it for two days now. I have two problems so far and hope you have some sagely advice.
My first problem is I cant figure out if the slant part of the gaiter should on the top or bottom, i’ve tried both and either way I do it my head will end up pressed against the side and when I take it off there’s a section of my head that didn’t get blood flow and is dis-colored.
The second problem (which is kinda addressed in the user manual but didn’t help me any) is that once I have it on and am pumping it it presses against the tendons or tubes, or whatever you want to call them, that attach to my balls, and it fucking hurts. It ends up hurting (mostly my left) for most of the rest of the day. The created pressure will also be applied to these tendons and will gradually suck my balls up toward the gaiter which causes some pain when giving it an additional pump or two.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
p.s. I’ve browsed your website a little and have two things to add.

The slant on the gaiter goes on the bottom while you are pumping. If it is more comfortable up top you can do it that way to. Also the best way to not get any ball discomfort is you really get your balls loose before you put the pump on. And when you do put the pump on pump at an upward angle like a natural boner would angle at, and then pull on your balls while pumping. You will get a lot less discomfort that way. Also with practice you will find the sweet spot where the pump should go on you for the most comfort.

I was planning to by the bathmate hydromax x30, but after doing further research I am not sure whether it is the right size for me. (Length: 6 1/2 in, girth (top): 5 in, girth (base): 5 3/4 in. These are erect measurements. While I am interested in size gains, I am much MORE interested in the pumps “corrective abilities”. Do any of these pumps correct curvature of the penis? I know the bathmate claims to on their website, but haven’t found anyone reviewing it in term of straightening curvature.
Do you have any information on places to purchase these products in Australia? Sadly, we seem to be a long way behind in access to these devices, I can mostly find the bathmate hercules (about $70-$100 AUD) and hydromax x30 (about $135 AUD) for sale, but not the penomet. Also wondering if you’ll be doing a review of the new hydromax x40 that comes out next week and is apparently 15% larger in size than the hydromax x30? I’m tempted to wait for that one as I like the bathmate system (it’s less complicated with only one garter, not 5 or however many there are for the penomet). It seems like a better size, the goliath and the penomet seem a bit too big, and I am concerned that the hercules or the hydromax x30 may be a bit tight, or may quickly become too tight in terms of girth.

The bathmate can do a little penis curvature correction, But the sigegenetics extender is a lot better suited for fixing penis curvature. Also I think the x30 will fit you fine but if you are concerned with that then wait for the x40 to come out since it is a Mid size unit compared to the Hercules/x30 and Goliath. I am pretty sure Chris will end up reviewing the x40 if and when it does come out. But also the Penomet is more of a mid sized pump and not as huge as the goliath.

The awesome part about the x30 and the Penomet is you can fill them with water and them not leak from the top of the valve like it does with the hercules. For your measurements the hercules would be fine for you for a little while. But if you were afraid of outgrowing the pump I would just get the penomet or the new x40 that is suppose to be coming out soon. And all the pumps are comfortable and won’t give you any trouble.
As for the gaiter system with the penomet the way it is designed they won’t leak or loose any suction you would get just because they are interchangeable. So I really wouldn’t be to concerned with that either. No matter which of the pumps you get you are going to get good results with.

The x30 and x40 are totally 100% the same minus the size. If you want a bigger pump then the x30 then go with the x40. But other then that the mechanics of the two pumps are totally the same.

I’ve had a Bathmate Hercules for several years that I’ve used off and on. It’s great, but I’m ready to upgrade. The foam ring around the mouth of the pump has started to fall off. My bathmate has held up perfectly for 4+ years and it in the same condition but some guys find that the foam get pretty worn over time. Scotty has broken like 3 of them.. somehow(?) Penomet, by contrast, used rubber gaiters instead of foam rings- you’ll never need another pump. not for length, not for wear. good quetsion btw.

For what it’s worth, I’m leaning toward a Penomet, mostly because of the adjustable gaiters. That being said, my Herc works just fine and does the trick. I decided that any purchase I make will probably be closer to late Summer, once I pass that 200mm mark with my pumped glans. I am considering using “super glue” to reattach the foam pad (comfort ring?) to the Herc’s gaiter, but slowly realizing that isn’t a vital component. I’ve started to end around 180 after about two sets of 10 minute pumps. I do like traveling with mine too, and may find myself getting an x40 for traveling when I can justify it, while leaving the Penomet at home. But that’s at least 8-10 months into the future.
On that note, though, do you have any thoughts on the new x40 that just came out? I also heard that Penomet was coming out with a larger size. Is this true?

It really depends on what you have the $ for. The big Penomet package is really nice, you won’t ever have to upgrade. But the Goalith works great too, its just like the Hercules. I believe you will like the Penomet more because it’s doesn’t lose any water. But the difference is quite small and it comes down to how much you would like to invest.
The Bathmate x40 came out 3 days ago, it’s bigger than the Hercules, smaller than Goliath/Penomet. It depends where you length is at. If it’s over 7.25, I’d do w/ the Penomet or Goliath.

Well the new Bathmates x30 & x40, dont have this issue, im not entire sure why. no water leaks from the x30, x40 or penomet.. only the original bathamte pumps. perhaps that is part of it. there is an imbalance amount of water on your shaft at some points w/ the original bathmate models? that is one guess…
I noticed that you recommended the Penomet Ultimate package. When I clicked on your affiliate link, there is no longer a Penomet Ultimate package, but there is the Premium package. Is this this is package you would recommend, as it looks like it contains all of the different sized gaithers?

if so, these are manual stretches. done before your pumping session.
In my opinion the Penomet pump is a little too big to do significant stretching, but so is the Bathmate Goliath. Really the Hercules and the x30 are the only ones that you can have good control over the stretches
hey chris sup, b4 i start i really appreciate what your doing on this site. i started off doing manual stretching and jelqing for about a month and went from 5’5 to 6’0, this little bit of gain has gotten me hooked now i have a routine everyday in morning that last about 1hr and 30 min. i really want to get a pump, my question is from starting at 5’5 do you think i can reach 7’5 – 8’0 in under a year with a pump and also is there a limit can you continue to grow. have you noticed growth after you feel you reached your peak.

The pump will def help you get more girth and length gains more quickly. But just about everyone has a genetic max that they can reach. 2 inches in a year can be done but with a lot of dedication. also try giving yourself some rest days in between doing your stretches so you can fully heal and get the most out of your growth.

Yes all the gaiters actually work. And trust me having the ability to put different pressures on your dick to me is a better way to really get better results while using the pump. Think of it as doing different types of resistance training on your dick which is rocking.

I hang at about 6″ and erect 7.3-7.5. Girth is about 5.25″. I’ve never used any enhancement products or done any exercises. I’m only 29 now, but when i was younger I know had got harder and longer and longer-lasting erections. Based on my current size and getting the most bang for my buck, would bathmate or penomet be the better product for me?

For your size you are at right now I would say the Penomet premium package if you go the penomet route. If you go the bathmate route the x40 or goliath would be plenty for you. I’d say the x40 would work out the best for you out of all three pumps.

I would shave your pubes all the way down to skin. That is the fail proof way of getting the pump to stick no matter what. Also keep practicing putting it on placement can play a role in it to. But def shave your pubes it will get you the best possible seal that way.

I use both the Size genetics and the bathmate together and the combination is awesome. I used my bathmate for a month before buying my SG extender. But if you want faster better results then having both units is a must. Since the SG will help will long term length gains and the Penomet can give you length gains but mostly target girth gains.

hay Chris just like to say i love the site i found you through youtube as i was looking for reviews of the bathmate. i ended up going for the penomet and i love it. iv used it since the start of this year and iv had nothing but complements from girls so far. the reason i got it is a long story. i got my trousers pulled down at school lol and after that iv been self-contuse ever since. it was only till my ex was bragging that this guy she slept with was bigger than me that pushed me to get this awesome device and im glad i did. anyway i was just wondering can i get the red gaiter on its own as im not interested in the weaker ones.

As far as I know they don’t sell the gaiters on their own. If you contact penomet you can ask them if they could sell you just a red gaiter. But as far as I know they don’t sell them separate. Also that’s awesome that you are having success with the pump brother!

For a newbie to PE and the bathmate and other excersices. You should jelq in the morning and then do your bathmate session at night. Once you have been doing it for a few months you can jelq and then go right into a bathmate session. Also you can kegal at any point in the day and do it all day long if you can.

What type of routine would you recommend if I have been using the stretcher for a while now and just bought the penomet?
Im new to PE and just received my premium package Penomet pump. I’m 6.5 flaccid and 7.75 erect. I can’t get the thing to stay attached for the life of me!!! I’ve trimmed, tried it both flaccid as well as erect ( and erect seems to work better ), but it wont stay on for more than 3 to 4 seconds? I read through the forums that the suction was strong enough to walk around with it on (watch tv, make breakfast, etc.) but I’m not seeing how thats possible. Also when I DO get it to stay on, I’m afraid to let go in fear of it falling and cracking on the shower floor. What am I doing wrong?! Thanks.

Just go ahead and shave your pubes completely off for now so you can get used to the way the pump sticks. I have the same problem getting mine to stick when I first got it. It is all trial and error. You just have to practice with finding the right spot to attach it to on your dick. You have plenty of length to fill the pump up with for good suction. Try doing one hard pump in the start to really get the suction going. And then gradually pump up till you feel more suction. Also make sure that the gaiter is all the way on the pump as well and that the slanted part of the gaiter i towards your balls.

First off let me say I really appreciate such a speedy reply. I sent 2 different messages to Penomet days ago and am STILL waiting for a response. I took your advice and shaved all the way down. IT WORKED!! I was finally able to have a full session without it falling off (was even able to do some work on the computer =)) For me, it seems like I needed to stretch the balls down in order to help create the flattest area possible for proper suction; especially on the sides. I’m hoping that was the missing link as I don’t like being completely bald down there. I prefer a close trim or a buzz cut.

Looks like I spoke too soon. This morning, I tried for 20 minutes in the shower and couldn’t get the pump to stay on. I also tried again this evening with the same result. UUUUUGGGGHHH! You can imagine my frustration.. It seems the pump is just too heavy and always pulls away from my pelvic area. So I tried it completely empty, and the same thing happens! I’m really stumped, and it seems I’m one of the very FEW people with this problem. WTF??? =(

Hmm……. I think you just need more practice with it. And it could be that it is a little to heavy so I guess just hold onto it during your sessions. But you should be getting plenty of suction with that thing. People seem to have a a lot easier time using the penomet then the x30. Just be patient and keep trying you will get the hang of it.

I just got my Phenomet Standard in and tried it in the shower today….it wouldn’t hold suction while I was standing?…I’m new to all this and never tried PE before. Flacid my dick is like 3 inches and hard its about 5.3. So I shaved all my hair off but still couldn’t get a good grip standing… I ended up having to sit down in the tub with it pointing up. I guess there is a learning curve, but I figured just stick it on pump a few times and then wash your hair etc Also any issue with bruising or clamping on your balls? …any hints as how to get a better suction??

I did shave and it does suction better, but my ballsack does suction into i a bit which releases the seal and…when i take it off the indention of the gator is across the MIDDLE bottom side of my dick not at the base that doesn’t seem right? Hey man i wouldn’t worry too much about it. It will get there. When i ordered my pump it said in the email that they were backed up by two weeks. Sure enough, the order for me didn’t even ship for two weeks since the day i bought it. I just got my pump today and I ordered it on the 19th. I’d say you need to wait at least 3-4 weeks before you have to start thinking about contacting the company since you are international.
