There are a few things that actually really good. Some of which you don’t need to spend a single dollar for (manual jelqing/stretching). I jelqed (and did NOTHING else) for years and gained slightly over an inch JUST doing that. Getting hung can take a while- but it’s totally worth it. I started at about 5.25, I’m packing 7.25-7.3″ now and the girth is even more significant. Here are my pictures if you are interested.

It’s a good idea to educate yourself and start slow.

Like anything else in life- there are “risks” involved.

Does Jelqing Work?

The answer is- yes.

Jelqing does work.

The key is to consistent with your training, patient, understand how it works and what to expect.

The majority of guys that “fail,” either have unrealistic goals or aren’t committed.

You should be able to gain over an inch in length and girth just from jelqing. I have exceeded both.

How to Jelq

Jelqing, also known as ‘milking’ is a penis exercise which can increase the size; specifically the length and girth of your penis. The Jelq technique is performed by forcing blood through the penis shaft to increase the internal pressure while maintaining that pressure with consistent strokes. This pressure results in controlled damage or micro tears in the structure of the penis. This damage mostly heals overnight however overworking or many continuous days without rest will slow the penis enlargement process. The tissue recovery process is just like resistance training or bodybuilding.

The Jelq exercise is performed by making the ‘OK’ hand gesture, by joining your forefinger and thumb together. With these fingers joined, grip the base of the lubricated, partially erect penis firmly restricting the blood flow, and then slide your hand forward towards the tip of the penis to create pressure. Once your hand has reached the glan near the top of the penis, perform the same motion with the second hand. Continue with this process continuously swapping hands for a number of strokes with each stroke taking approximately three seconds.

It is recommended that before jelqing is started with and followed by a warm wrap, to relax the tissues and minimize chances of injury.

  1. Using either hand, make the ‘OK’ hand gesture and grip the base of the penis while semi-erect.
  2. Stroke forward towards the tip and stop just before the top glan.
  3. As the first hand reaches the top of the penis, using the free hand make the ‘OK’ grip and lightly squeeze the base of the penis.
  4. With the second hand stroke forward toward the glans, stopping before the glan at the top.
  5. Continue stroking and alternating hands to create pressure along the penis shaft.

Things to Consider When Jelqing

Jelqing to naturally increase penis size is a simple task; however there are some key concepts that can take time to master, which can really help with the process.

Erection Level

Before you start jelqing it is important that you have the appropriate erection level. If you jelq with too low of an erection or too softer penis, you will be starting with low pressure and as the exercise continues, greater pressure will be produced towards the end. This can result in developing a ‘baseball bat’ shape with greater girth development being achieved towards the glans.

As a general rule; your erection level should be at least 50% to 80%, with 0% being completely soft or flaccid, and 100% being highly stimulated and rock hard.

It is thought that jelqing with moderate blood flow (60-70% erection) will lead to greater LENGTH gains, while jelqing with high-moderate blood flow (70-80% erection) is better for GIRTH. Other experienced veteran suggest the reverse is true. Either way, I suggest that you use a combination of both, naturally throughout this process you will jelq with varying levels of blood flow.

Initially your penis will need to become accustomed to the pressure levels and jelqing with erections higher than 80% should be avoided. Over time as you progress, aim to increase intensity and duration of the penis exercises for optimum size gains.

Grip

The OK grip can be applied in two ways, palms up (standard grip) and palms down (overhand grip). The ‘OK’ grip as previously mention is done by joining the forefinger and thumb together which creates a circle. Your fingers do not need to actually join provided it can trap the blood efficiently; this is known as the pinch grip or U grip. The U grip applied vertically is most effective for working the corpora carvenosa (CC), encouraging girth gains.

Effective penis enhancement comes from thoroughly working the entire penis by varying the grips throughout the jelq exercise; It is important however to maintain the grip strength and style during the stroke, only introducing variations at the start of a stroke. It is also best to start with low intensity for at least a minute, working towards full intensity (grip strength) to avoid spots and injuries.

Proper Jelqing Grip

  • Diameter – Using your forefinger and thumb encircle the penis shaft and adjust diameter to maintain strength (see below).
  • Strength – The grip strength will need to be adjusted to match the erection level in order to maintain proper pressure during each stroke, it should be firm but not painful.
  • Consistency – The grip should be consistent throughout the stroke while avoiding an increase in grip strength or hand rotations during the stroke.
  • Start at the base – The grip should be applied as low down on the shaft as possible above the testicles.

Angle and Position

The upward angle (penis pointing towards the ceiling) which generally indicates a high level of erection can be used to stretch the Tunica; which is harder to stretch then the ligaments in an effort to minimise length gains and increase girth gains. A standard OK grip should be used, however keep in mind that it is harder to grip the base of the penis at this angle.

Alternatively the downward angle will place more strain on the ligaments promoting length gains. Using the overhand OK grip with a semi-erect penis at a downward angle, it is easy to grip close to the base of the shaft and create a great pump effect from each stroke.

To enhance penis length gains, pull to the left with your right hand and pull to the right with your left hand; using the standard OK grip, or pull in the same direction as the hand with the overhand OK grip. This stretches the ligaments with a focus on each side with each stroke to promote length growth.

Body Positioning

Many find jelqing while standing up is effective in increasing the initial blood pressure in the penis. If standing does not prove comfortable or practical, sitting with legs raised above the level of the penis should also help both in terms of blood pressure but also ease of access to the penis.

The speed of each stroke is very important and should not be less than 3 seconds. It is very easy to start at a good pace but then increase speeds if concentration is lost. Timing each stroke is a great way of minimizing this issue either by counting ( ‘one-one thousand, two-one thousand, three-one- thousand’), using a watch or metronome to ensure speed is consistent.

To further encourage length gains, a short light stretch at the end of each stroke can be used; similar to the JAI stretch.

When starting perform 200 strokes per day for the first week with a medium grip; increasing to 300 to 500 the week after, with a medium to strong grip. Once your penis is conditioned, use around 500 strokes per day with a medium to strong grip. Take a rest day once a week or every other day as needed.

Benefits of Jelqing

  • Increased penis girth
  • Increased penis length
  • Increased blood flow (greater oxygen capacity of your penile veins) which allows for larger, stronger erections, especially if combined with Kegel exercises
  • More elastic skin
  • Significantly increased tissue expansion if done before a Bathmate session. (veterans only)

Potential Side Effects

Red Spots and Discoloration

  • Small “pin sized” red spots. If you are new to jelqing you can experience small “pin sided” red spots that appear the day after a jelqing session. These “pin sided” red spots usually appear on the head of the penis. They are nothing serious and not a sign of any sort of permanent damage. The spots are usually the result of small capillaries bursting. Although that sounds serious, it’s not. This is common because your penile tissue is not used to being stretched or fatigued. Simply taking a day or two off will make your capillaries return to normal and usually stronger than before. After you become more accustom to jelqing, you won’t have this issue.
  • Larger red or purple spots. Like the smaller red spots, this is nothing serious, but rather evidence that you should allow more time to recover. These are essentially bruises from a workout, not necessarily indicating the your training was too strenuous. Still, take 48 hours off (or until the bruises go away). These heal quickly, just like any other bruise.
  • Mid-shaft discoloration, brown band. If you have looked at GoodLookingLoser’s dick (not safe for work), you’ll notice the mid-shaft “brown band” that is noticible and common to jelqing and guys in the adult film industry. It is the result of not taking time off when first noticing discoloring. It’s not evidence of any sort of problem and can usually be lessen or reversed by the techniques described below. Some guys don’t like the discoloration and want to avoid it, other guys don’t really care. It looks like a bruise but it’s just discoloration.

Techniques for Reducing or Preventing Jelqing Discoloration

  • Warm Wrap and Massage. Before and after you exercise, take a warm washcloth and massage your penis. Wrap your penis with the washcloth and use your two thumbs to massage it. Apply cocoa butter and massage that in there as well (after your jelqing session).
  • Theraband/ACE Wrap. To prevent (or reduce) discoloration wrap the discolored area your penis with a theraband or ACE bandage wrap after your workout. The wrap should be tight enough to SLIGHTLY reduce blood flow but in no way to significantly reduce blood flow to your penis. This is make certain that your penis isn’t full of blood while your tissue is recovering. In my opinion, however, you shouldn’t restrict blood flow to your penis unless you are using a penis extender to lengthen it in the process. Restricting blood flow slows the recovery process. Your penis needs all the red blood cells, hormones and nutrients to get bigger and stronger.

The above methods are effective for most guys, they are not an overnight solution however. Both take time.

Other Jelqing Considerations

Warming up. In my opinion it is a good idea to warm up. Getting into the shower for 5-10 minutes and letting warm water run on your penis is the easiest way. You can also use a warm washcloth, warm water bottle, heating pad or just put your warm laptop on your dick (we’ve all felt how nice that feels). Warming up before jelqing is not necessary according to seasoned jelqers. Their penises are strong and used to the training though. If you are new, I suggest warming up, especially if you are going to do manual exercises when you need your dick to be elastic. It certainly can’t hurt.

GoodLookingLoser says: I once tried the “warm rice sock in the microwave” suggestion but I set the sock on fire and it smelled up my entire college dorm. Don’t do that.

Warming down. This is optional, a lot of guys do to prevent discoloration with the ‘warm wrap and massage’ method that is listed above. It won’t impact your gains either way though.

NW652 Xl JelqingJelqing lubricants. Although some guys do dry jelqing, I suggest sticking only to ‘wet’ jelqing and using a lubricant. The lubricant is up to you. Many guys prefer water-based lubricants like KY-Jelly and Astroglide, while others prefer oil-based lubricants like baby oil or Vaseline. Emo oil is thought to help prevent discoloration, but neither I or Chris can confirm this.

Whatever you do- don’t use soap. Not only does soap hurt if it gets into your penis head, the sodium laurel sulfate (in 98% of soap) is bad your for skin in prolonged exposures.

Good Looking Loser says-

I’ve gained about inch JUST from jelqing and infrequent stretching. I started at 5.5″ (probably more like 5.25) and made it 6.5″. It definitely works, the best device best device to mimic or supplement jelqing is obviously the Bathmate.

I use either extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil. Both are amazing for your skin. Pour them in a glass (coconut oil is solid at room temperature) and put them in the microwave for :30-1minute. It will be nice and warm. It feels wonderful and erections are very easy to keep.

hi, i’ve done jelqing off and on for the past few years. if i were consistant i’d probably be huge, but right now i’m a pretty decent size, and pretty thick. but one question that i’ve always had about jelqing is about ejaculation. i’ve read that its not good to ejaculate before jelqing, of course not during, or right after. some places state the opposite, that its good to ejaculate before or right after. in your experiense does it matter ? please help. thanks

Hey Cam-
That’s a good question and the jury is still out. I used to just jerk off after… I don’t actually think it matters. Others may disagree. It took me a LONG time to get up to 7″, I didn’t take it too seriously. Once I got the devices I was more motivated.

What does matter, however, is- preventing the ‘turtle dick’ that’s why wearing an extender post-jelq can really help gains.

Hey man… so i started to jelq this past week… I’ve been able to go fairly aggressive about 400 a day. I havent gotten any bruising and i can actually see where the tissue has stretched so I’m hoping it’ll get bigger. My extender and bathmate were ordered last week. Since my dick seems to be handling stress pretty well do you think I should take it up a notch?

Two questions on the topic of jelqing:
- Is it normal to lose the erection while jerking?
- Should there be any breaks to get the erection back to 60-90%?

Furthermore from the article it is not clear if for length gains it is better jelqing on a less erect penis, or a more erect penis.

hi. ive been jelqing for a long time now but i cant be consistend at it. i mean somethimes i get the the correct technique and results and most of the times i get negative gains and results. my problem is i think ive never really learned how to move the ok grip to the glans. ive searched the internet for that and all i can read is make an ok sign and stroke towards the glans but they never explain the motion step by step like how you are supposed to start the ok sign and how to move it forward in a gliding motion?? or pulling movement?? and how each rep is supposed to feel like when youre doing it.i dont feel anything when i try move the grip. im just trying very hard but my ok grip stays stuck at the base and wont go forward. i tried everything from light grips to harder grips to an overhand grips etc.everytime i quit the exercise,my penis doesnt feel like its been exercised the right way…

Hey Dan- did you view the video? it’s a decent example. You aren’t doing it wrong I don’t think. It’s both a pulling and a gliding motion. It’s a “milking” motion.. where you push the blood at the base of your dick to the head of your dick. A little bit of pulling isn’t bad because it will tug on the ‘inner penis’ with are usually untapped length gains.

Hey James- nah there’s nothing wrong with it, its just harder to do and therefore less efficient for most guys. I do some dry jelqs after going to the bathmate or before sex. You can add water, but it won’t mkae a huge difference . But its totally up to you, a combination of wet (75%) and dry (25%) would certainly be good.

Hey, I have a question.

I’ve been jelqing for about 3 weeks now and I’m starting to notice that my dick is not that straight anymore..

It’s starting to get crooked to the right!

I’ve always had this a little bit but now it seems to get worse with the jelqing.. Is there anything I can do about it because I don’t want a crooked dick!

If this continues to get worse I feel I sadly have to stop jelqing… A small dick is bad but a crooked dick is even worse I think.

If someone knows what to do about it pls help.

Hey Dave-

Try this- when you jelq– pull your dick to the left (opposite of the bend). Left to 10-11 o’clock.. does that make sense?
(you can also do manual stretches with an emphasis on the leftward stretch.

worst comes to worst, an extender will FIX it and you’ll get some more length as a bonus. :)

Oké, I already haven’t jelqed for about 4 days now because of the bend.

I’ll start again soon and try to bend in the opposite way. May be a little bit more difficult but I’ll try it anyway.

If this fails I will get the extander.

When do you think I should notice the bend going away?
I plan to jelq about 10minutes a day for about 6 times a week.

This site has given me tons of motivation. Props to you, sir. Here’s my question. I have a great length but am a little under average in girth. How do I increase my girth? (I’m not so much concerned with length). I’m afraid that jelqing or stretching may increase my length but DECREASE my girth (i have read some testimonials that jelquing erect can do this). Obviously, I wouldn’t mind an increase in length also, but girth is my main issue… Would appreciate your advice

PS: you mentioned that newbies can get gains within months, but you mentioned you gained 1″ over the course of years with jelqing. Why is this? were you not consistant?

Hey Bob- yeah you got it– I was so on/off with my PE through the years. I wasn’t serious about it, it wasn’t #1 priority because I was in school, gym, sports, other bullshit (video games, friends haha) for a kid 19-25. But I got into this stuff at about late 26 yrs old. when I got the Bathmate.

The device is a lot of fun to use and ultimately focuses on GIRTH. I’ve gained off over an inch in girth after having prior PE experience, which is significant. So that is DEFINITELY my recommendation for you- it’s exactly what you need for what you are trying to do.

If by chance I don’t have the money for a bathmate (I’m a student),
1) can I still get girth gains through jelqing?
2) Should I see immediate changes in my flaccid size if I do it right (I don’t always, so hopefully im capable of getting bigger…)
3) Do you stop your hands when you reach the head, or does each jelq stroke include the head?

Can you just jelq with an overhand grip, like in the video for 200reps and work your way to 400 and make good length gains? Then eventually add bathmate. The stretching routine seems confusing and like a lot of extra hassle, is it really needed/worth it?

Hey John- stretching is actually really effective. I highly recommend it, even if it’s just 10minutes after taking a shower. It’s a hassle, you’re right. Wearing an extender (specifically the one i recommend) can make it a non-hassle. The reason it took me so long make significant gains in the PE-world was because I really hated doing the manual exercises EVERYDAY. It’s a bitch. But yeah, I perfer jelqing to stretching and I gained about an inch from jelqing alone.

the good news is- you’ll be REALLY fast gains from stretching (.5″ pretty quickly) if you do it everyday.

edit; and yes, the overhand grip is actually what I recommend.

Hey Bob- after jelqing? maybe a little bit, for a little while. It takes time. It definitely doesn’t mean you can’t see gains from jelqing. I gained 1″ in length from just jelqing through the early years. For flaccid size (hang) the Bathmate (or Penomet) is the ticket. The water pumps have given me a dramatic different in flaccid size. From 2-2.5″ to 6+” in flaccid hang.

1. Stretching- No matter what I do I cant seem to get a good grip. Im uncircumsized. Where do you grip for stretching and do still use a ok grip? I can grip it if i squeeze HARD but then it feels like im gonna yank my tip off.

2. Jelqing – how do you avoid snagging your scrotum when jelqing near the base? I hear this causes turkey neck, do you have this?

I do that, from jelqing your dick will be a little longer and a little thicker for sex, but so longer you are aren’t super fatigue, you should be fine. You might want to jelq only about 1/2 the time to ensure you get a good boner

Hey Chris , i’m 58 yrs old and have been jelging 4 days a week and stretches 3 days a week with 3 days off for approximately 3 yrs and have gone from 6″ to 8.5″, and do not ejaculate for at least 5 hours afterwards and don’t before. I was stopping for a month after jelging steadily for 3 months at a time and really gave my dick a good rest. For the past 4 months i’ve been jelging on a pretty steady schedule and noticing how big my girth is getting, i’d like to get to 9″ but feel that maybe i’ve reached my maximum length. Jelqing will def give you more length and girth if done right. They are a great manual exercise to do. When combined with the bathmate or size genetics extender or both. You will get faster better results.

You will see length and girth gains in both erect and flaccid size. From a lot of people I talked to the Divosuit/Divocup system is good for flaccid gains as well. But jelqing will help with those as well.

It’s ok if you get an erection while jelqing just wait for your dick to go back down and do some more jelqs. best thing to do is to just get into a zone where you can keep blood in your dick but not in a zone where you are thinking about anything sexual. That helps me do about 20-30 jelqs before I have to stop and start again. You can space it out but doing them all in a shorter period of time is more productive then doing them in short bursts throughout the day.

You can increase length by just jelqing alone. But I would recommend eventually getting a bathmate/x30/penomet and a size genetics extender if you really want to get the best and fastest results. But if you don’t have the money for all of that stuff jelqing alone will give you length gains.

I wouldn’t be to worried about jelqing being harmful to you at your age. I would just take baby steps with jelqing and manual stretching till you feel you have mastered them both. But once you are 18 I would highly recommend the bathmate the thing is freaking awesome! and also if you can afford the SG extender do it. I wish I would of known about products like this when I was 17-18. I was 4 inches erect about 4 months ago. I am at about 5.5 inches erect now using just the BM and SG. I just recently started adding jelqing to my routine and it has def been a great add on. Also sign up for the forums!

Sorry I was meaning that you should not have to pull the foreskin back to do proper jelqs. But if you don’t use it already extra virgin coconut oil is awesome to use. Just pop it in the microwave for like 15-20 seconds and you are good to go.

You won’t get the same “Pump” effect jelqing as you would using the bathmate. While jelqing can give you length and girth gains. You will get even faster girth gains with the bathmate. And if you combine the two you can get even better results. Also if you jelq correctly you really won’t have to worry about doing any damage to your dick.

i have been jelqing for about 5 years and not every day and not 200 reps. usually do bending where i get the blood trapped and use the circle grip at base ans bend all 4 directions. also do a squeeze, where it feels like your head is going to pop off. my gains have been awesome. started slightly hung at about 6.5×5. now at 7.5×6,75…gain mostly girth but am really hung. i am 46, my goal is when i am 50 i will finally have 8 inches. hope this encourages someone to try this and all excercises cause it works and is permanent

Hey roccolocco-

It all depends bro cause with jelqing you will get results but they won’t be quick results. If you are a newbie to PE you can probably get a 1/2 inch gain within 3-4 months if you stay consistent. But I would suggest either doing the manual stretches with jelqing or getting a bathmate on top of jelqing. If you can afford it the Size genetics extender is awesome for length gains. I use a combo of the extender, bathmate and jelqing with great results.

Hey billy-

Not really sure there is a set time limit to how long you can jelq there are some dudes who jelq for 45-60 min’s I personally think that is a little overkill. But just do what get’s you results and just don’t overdo it. And make sure you stick to the five days a week so you can get in some rest days.

Don’t exceed 40minutes
Instead go 20minutes and then Bathmate (if you own it) for 10-15minutes… when you jelq then pump… its another level of pressure :)

Jelqing for about 20 minutes
Bathmate 20 minutes screchting etc
Jelq for another 15/20 min
bathmate for another 10/15 min

If it doesn’t irritate your dick using it then it should be fine. I personally use organic extra virgin coconut oil when I jelq and it’s fantastic!

I would cut down a little on the jelqing that routine seems solid but I would cut the jelqing sessions into two 15 minuet sessions instead of two 20 minuet sessions. And I would leave the last jelq session out all together.

I have a couple of questions.

First, can you stroke upwards? I am assuming that it has to be downwards.

When I grab my penis near the base, I seem to get a lot of skin from the balls that go along with my stroke. Is that normal? (I think I’m about 5.5″ erect).

Can I use hand lotion as my lubricant?

Hey Jamal-

If you commit to jelqing 100% and follow Chris’s routine for it as well as maybe doing the manual exercises it should def help you add some length on your flaccid and erect size. Getting the bathmate will also help with getting you a bit more length and also girth. But if you coombine the manual PE with the bathmate you will get more length on your dick! also if you are a little overweight loosing weight will def help you out as well.

I get that itching sometimes to when I am wearing my extender. I think it is just the skin on your dick stretching. I wouldn’t be to worried about it. And if you are looking for a little more length gains try doing the bathmate stretches with the device.

Yes! take a break from using the bathmate until the cuts and bruising heals. It could of been from pumping to much pressure to fast and your dick not being warmed up enough. I normally warm up my dick for 3-5 min’s and then I jelq for 10 minuets before I use the bathmate. And I also pump gradually up to full pressure and I have had zero issues doing it this way.

So yes take a break and take it a little bit more easy on your dick homie.

Why is it bad to continue the jelq motion over the glans (head) of penis? The first few weeks I started jelqing I didn’t know any better and I would jelq over the head of penis and I noticed my dick was consistenly larger within like a week. It felt really “pumped up” and bigger all the time. I read around and found that your not supposed to jelq the glans so I stopped doing it. But now I feel like my dick is not nearly as big as when I was jelqing over glans, it doesn’t have that “pumped” up feeling anymore.

Normally no you don’t want to jelq over the gland of the penis. But if you are getting better results doing so then keep doing whatever you are getting better results at doing. Just be careful to not hurt yourself or to overdo it to fast.

Yeah normally when I jelq I start in the shower and I turn the water off. I find the water hitting my dick makes it harder to maintain a consistent erection level. Also I bring porn into the bathroom while I do it as well I look at it every now and then and put it on silent. that helps maintain the erection level I want as well as I don’t look at it enough to where I get a full on boner.

You should be able to jelq just fine without having to pull your foreskin back. Also if you can reframe from getting off after jelqing that will be beneficial to your gains while jelqing. And just stop right before the head of your dick and you should be fine brother.

Just practice. :) There’s some learning curve for us all. Some guys watch porn for 20seconds and don’t pay attention… and jsut look at it when they need to get the boner/bloodflow back.

With just jelqing it can take probably 2-4 months to gain an inch probably. If you are a newbie to PE then you will gain quickly. But try doing the manual exercises along with jelqing and you will get better results brother.

i warm up and stretch, then do 3 sets of 50 regulars jelqs alternating with 3 sets of 30 v jelqs, and finish off with a warm down. Now my question is I recently noticed that its harder to maintain my erection, like i will get it, but if it isn’t stimulated for long than the erection goes down, basically it doesnt last. If you are having problems with erections your dick could either be tired and your not giving yourself enough rest time. Or your testosterone levels are down. You can either get some Cialis and try that out or go to a Dr and get your test levels checked out. But I am sure you just need to give your dick a break for at least 2 days and then keep doing PE.

A few questions which you have probably already adressed:
1. I am new to jelqing. I am doing about 200 every other day, is that enough for the first month? How many days in a row should I jelq, and how many should I take off in between?
2. If I were to jelq for say, two years, and gain 2 inches: would I have to jelq for the rest of my life to keep that size? I understand that I could expect a sort of “deflation” immediately after quitting, but would I lose EVERYTHING?
3. Do you reccomend shaving the pubic hair before jelqing? It seems to cause me a bit of discomfort (Not an incredible amount) and it also seems to be kind of inhibiting the exercise. Is there any evidence that shaving the pubic hair before jelqing is conducive to faster gains?

Yeah dude doing 200 for now will be fine for the first few weeks then increase to 300 and then 400. Listen to your body it will tell you what to do. And you wouldn’t loose all of your gains but you would loose a little if you stopped completely. Just jelq 2-3 times a week and you will maintain all your gains. And yes! shave all of your pubes it will just make your life easier for sure.

1) Do that. One day on, one day off for the 1st month. if you can’t get a solid boner before training, take that day off and let you dick recover (remember you grow when you rest, its like bodybuilding)

2) if you quit ENITRELY youll stick keep 75% of your gains or so. but all you have to do to maintain the gains is jelq 2-3x a week for 10-15minutes… or use the Bathmate 2-3x a week (thats super easy)

3) I recommend shave your pubic hair, definitely, it will help you get “deeper” into your jelqing

I generally recommend to jelq before using the bathmate- it will be REALLY intense if you do them back-to-back… so you might want to jelq in the AM and use Bathmate at night… or the other way around

Hey Martin– Jelqing prior to Bathmate is really intense. Even for me. But it’s SUPER GOOD.

Start out doing 2-3 minutes of jelqing.. go in the BAthmate for 12-15… see how that good.

If it starts to get painful… stop :)

Yes stretch marks mean that you are def getting a good stretch on your dick. Put cocoa butter on it so your skin can stay tight and it will get rid of the stretch marks you get.

Most guys new into doing PE or any sort of penis exercises, can gain a quick 1/2 inch in a few months if you stay consistent with it. Just make sure that after you gain that 1/2 inch thou you continue to jelq or do manual stretching so you can maintain those gains and cement them. Or after you get those gains just buy a bathmate and do a session 2-4 times a week and you will keep the gains you made plus make some more as well.

That seems just fine so long as you can achieve a good erection on your off days. That is the best way to judge. Jelqing just prior to bathmate is REALLY intense, so I’d start that the very slowly.

Hey man! im starting jelqing and streching and my goal is to gain about 1 inch in lenght and little bit girth. how long it usually takes to gain about 2cm (0.7inch) in lenght?

Hey Tom-

If you Jelq and do manual stretches you can probably get to that .7 inches in length gains in 4-8 weeks. You just have to stay consistent on doing the jeqling and PE. Just make sure you don’t stop 100% because you will loose some of those gains. If you jelq and do the stretches 1-2 times a week after you are at the length you wanna be at you will be able to keep all of your gains.

Hey George-

If you can get away with not beating off on your jelqing days then that would be best. If you have to go ahead but it will effect your progress a little bit. Also if you can only jerk it 1-2 times a week at most that will be good for your dick as well while healing from a jelqing session.

Hey Joey-

I would bump up the jelqs to 200 a sessions for now. And if you can not jerk off then don’t. If you really have to you can and it won’t effect your progress to much.

This jelqing thing really works. I have been doing it for a few weeks. I can already tell a big difference. When I am erect, the head of my dick seems a lot harder and wider. I am also noticing a little difference in length. I am in my late 20′s, so I am still in decent shape. I am in a little dry spell with girls right now. Can’t wait to get another girl, and try it out.

Hey Chuck-

Once you get to your desired results just do PE workout’s 2-3 times a week for maintaining your gains. But yeah if you just stop you will lose a little of your gains but most will be permanent.

You’ll defiantly lose some size, when you stop, however I agree with Phil most will be permanent.
It can depend on how long you’ve been doing it. If you have only been doing it for a short period you’ll lose much more, than if you were to stop after years of jelqing.

Thanks for the great read, I also highly recommend using lub when you start, but I’ve been dry jelqing lately, just make sure you warm up!

Thanks man, gains are easy to maintain if you if have the Bathmate- simply using it 2-3x a week will do the job. Otherwise, jelqing every other day for 10minutes should hold 90% of the gains.
