The rubber strap makes SizeGenetics more comfortable in comparison to the “noose” extenders.
This routine will work if you own the SizeGenetics extender or any other penis extender, I obviously recommend the Sizegenetics extender because I think its BY FAR the most comfortable length device.
If you have never done any sort of male enhancement (or haven’t done it in 2+ years) this Sizegenetics routine can help you get used to the Sizegenetics extender and get you on the way to length gains. This routine is safe and can apply an adequate amount of tension to help you start gaining.
Sizegenetics Extender Routine
Week One
During the first week, it’s suggested to wear the Sizegenetics extender without clothing, just so you can observe your dick being stretched and get used to putting it on and taking it off. The Sizegenetics extender can obviously be worn discretely beneath your clothing, but I suggest visually monitoring your blood flow for the first seven days. You’ll get the ‘hang’ of it after a few days and it only gets easier.
Day 1- No matter how long your dick is, I recommend using the lowest tension (fewest bars) on your SizeGenetics extender. Unless your flaccid size is over 6.5″, you should use the lowest setting. It won’t feel like there’s a lot of resistance, but keep in mind that your penis has probably never been pulled for long lengths of time, your dick will appreciate being eased into this routine.
Wear your Sizegenetics extender for 1 hour total- over 15 minutes at a time over 4 sessions. Do these sessions consecutively. This will take an hour, slightly more- since you have to practice putting it on and taking it off. Get used to putting on the SizeGenetics extender and pointing it DOWNWARD during your 15 minute sessions. It shouldn’t hurt* and it shouldn’t feel like when you TUG on your dick for 30-45 seconds during the manual stretches. After you take the Sizegenetics extender off your dick might feel cool, that’s fine. It shouldn’t be FREEZING cold or turning purple.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 1: Lowest tension, 15 minutes x 4 sessions
Day 2- I recommend taking day 2 off, don’t wear your Sizegenetics extender or do manual stretches. Remember this Sizegenetics routine is for beginners with no prior male enhancement experience.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 2: Rest
Day 3- It’s back to work on day 3. Today your goal is to stretch your dick with the SizeGenetics extender for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes over 4 sessions of 20 minutes. Like day 1, do the sessions back-to-back and with the Sizegenetics extender pointing DOWNWARD. Again, during the first week, you should use the lowest tension and the least bars.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 3: Lowest tension, 20 minutes x 4 sessions
Day 4- Take day 4 off, especially if you’ve done manual PE in the past 2 days.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 4: Rest
Day 5- Today your goal stretch your dick with the SizeGenetics extender for a total of 2 hours over 4 sessions of 30 minutes. 30 minutes is a bit longer of a stretch, make you restore blood flow to your dick before putting the Sizegenetics extender back on. You can do this by getting a boner or rotating your dick in a clockwise/counter-closewise motion for 30 seconds each.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 5: Lowest tension, 30 minutes x 4 sessions
Day 6- Make sure you take day 6 AND 7 off, day 5 was a heavy workload for newbies. Your dick is getting used to repairing itself (thereby getting longer and stronger) over 24-48 hour periods. You GAIN on your recovery and rest periods, not on your training days. This is similar to weight training.

SizeGenetics Routine Day 7: Rest
* Once you figure out how to put on and take off your SizeGenetics extender, it won’t pinch you AT ALL during your stretching periods. While your learning to do so, you might accidentally pinch yourself a few times. Don’t worry, you’ll figure it out. I pinched myself a bunch of times with all the extenders I’ve used when I was starting out. The main thing is- the extender shouldn’t pinch you during your stretching sessions and the SizeGenetics extender DOES NOT.
Week Two
Starting at week 2, you can begin to use the tension setting (adjust the amount of bars) to get a ‘moderate’ tension. Moderate is pretty subjective. Moderate tension, at this time, can be classified as the setting where you can wear SizeGenetics extender for at least 40minutes without it hurting or without your dick feeling noticeably fatigued. You might not be able to use the amount of bars that you think, but don’t worry- if you are new to male enhancement you will gain VERY QUICKLY. Everyone does.
At week 2 you can also get used to wear the extender under your clothing. Point it DOWNWARD and slip on some pants. Certain pants will be better than others, you’ll just have to figure out which ones work best for you. Don’t wear underwear unless it’s loose boxers. I just wear mesh shorts under my clothing, those work good and help conceal it a little bit. Remember, penis stretching should become part of your lifestyle. You shouldn’t have to think about it, you shouldn’t feel it and it shouldn’t be a hassle. You have to wear the SizeGenetics extender for at least 4+ hours a day, ideally 8+ hours.
Day 8- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 3 hours over 4 sessions of 45 minutes. If you have increased the tension, make you you can wear it for 45 minutes at a time. If you can’t, you have to lessen the tension. A long ‘moderate’ stretch is better than a short ‘hard’ stretch when it comes to extenders. If you want to do short ‘hard’ stretches, save that for the manual exercises where you will be pulling harder on your penis than any penis extender could possibly do.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 8: Moderate tension, 45 minutes x 4 sessions
Day 9- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 4 hours over 4 sessions of 60 minutes. If you have to pee, take off the Sizegenetics extender, piss, restore blood flow, put it back on and add 5 minutes to your respective session.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 9: Moderate tension, 60 minutes x 4 sessions
Day 10- Take day 10 off. No manual exercises either.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 10: Rest
Day 11- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 4 hours and 30 minutes over 3 sessions of 90 minutes. Again, if you have to pee, follow the instructions on this that are listed in day 9.
SizeGenetics Routine Day 11: Moderate tension, 90 minutes x 3 sessions
Day 12- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 5 hours and 15 minutes over 3 sessions of 105 minutes (1 hour and 45 minutes).
SizeGenetics Routine Day 12: Moderate tension, 105 minutes x 3 sessions
SizeGenetics Routine Day 13: Rest
SizeGenetics Routine Day 14: Rest
Week Three
By week 3, you should have a pretty good idea of how to use your SizeGenetics extender. Going forward, it’s important to remember that [unlike the Bathmate] the SizeGenetics extender is a long-term length device. You have to be consistent with your stretching. Don’t take more than 2 days off at a time. By week 3, you can pretty much wear your extender every day. If you’ve never done male enhancement before, you can expect to gain at least between .5inches to 1inchees within about 6 months, as reported in the SizeGenetics clinical study.
Day 13- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 6 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours each.
Day 14- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 7 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours and 20 minutes each.
Day 15- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 8 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours and 40 minutes each.
Day 16- Rest
Day 17- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 9 hours over 2 sessions of 4 hours each and 1 session of 60 minutes.
Day 18- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 10 hours over 2 sessions of 4 hours each and 1 session of 2 hours.
Day 19- Rest
Day 20- Rest
Week Four
Day 21- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 11 hours over 2 sessions of 5 hours each and 1 session of 1 hour.
Day 22- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 12 hours over 2 sessions of 5 hours each, and 1 session of an hour. At this point your dick will be pretty used to the Sizegenetics extender and fairly elastic (regardless of how much tension you have been using).
Day 23- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 12 hours over 2 sessions of 6 hours each.
Day 24- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 12 hours over 1 session of 7 hours and 30 minutes, and 1 session of 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Day 25- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 12 hours over 1 session for 9 hours and 1 session for 3 hours.
Day 26- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 1 session for 12 hours. You’ll obviously have to take it off several times, just restore the blood flow and put it back on right away.
Day 27- Rest
Day 28- Rest
Good job. You’ve made it through a month with the SizeGenetics extender. You know how to use it and your your dick is prepared for ALL DAY stretching. From this point on you should wear it as much as possible. Take a day off every now and then, but you are set to wear everyday.

Hey Chris, much like what tom said it seems theres a number of steps that need to be followed, i was just wondering, so you reccomend that we use the device with the least amount of bars, so in other words how it comes in the packaging for the first week and slowly increase from there? rather than go straight to our outstretched measurement like the instructional DVD says to yes? is this to enable us to of course get used to it but also to make it easier to stretch the dick out when we do go up in tension (bars) and to help minimise loss of blood flow?

Yeah man- start on the lowest tension, especially if you don’t have any PE experience. If that’s super easy definitely increase it.. a lot of using this device (And Bathmate) is figuring out what works for you.. but the first month is mainly about just getting used to it
Hey Chris, sounds like a routine that needs some getting used to. But if you really want to achieve something (like getting a bigger and heftier dick), you will be more than willing to change your routine around. But I would imagine it does not take long to get used to.

Bathmate is the ‘cooler’ device… if you enter it with a full boner you’ll be super happy with how big it gets.. its mainly for long-term girth in terms of permament gains
SizeGenetics isn’t as fun as the bathmate, but if your goal is length.. then its definitely the best device, but you hvae to be able to use it for at least 4+ hrs a day.
The Bathmate will impress you more, so I’d recommend that… but long-term SizeGenetics is better for length
for starters, I suggest following our PE routine and getting the bathmate.. but sizegenetics certainly can help your length gains

Hey chris, quick question, when do you suggest we move up from moderate tension to a higher or full tension? i’m sitting on a tension that i’m comfortable at, but i feel it’s becoming to easy, and the size genetics people are saying if it isn’t set to the full length it wont work, but i think they’re being a little extreme, i tried taking it up a 1cm today, but i actually lost feeling and went numb, so i realised its not right to do so yet, and moved back down to the setting i was on earlier which stretches but i dont know if its enough

Hey steve, the clinical study suggests that guys with no PE experience will gain 1 inch in 6months. This routine is more aggressive than that.. so you can PROBABLY expect >1 inch in 6months, if you have no prior PE experience.

Hey man, thanks so much for uploading this!!!! i’m new to PE, i’ve been using my SG for going on a month now, but i’m not really seeing the kind of results i thought i would after a month of use, am i doing something wrong? could it be i’m restricting blood flow to the head too much? i’m doing what the instructions say, should i maybe take it down 1cm like i had it earlier or will that not be beneficial?
i will say its pretty easy to follow the program though, i can easily fit in 8 hours a day minimum, just need to get some looser pants hahaha
Hey Chris- the first month (of PE in general) is basically prepping your dick for exercise. If you have no prior PE experience you’ll gain quickly. The thing to keep in mind is- you’ll gain .1-.2″ a month.. people don’t actually “see” gains until they gain .4″-.5″… even if you measure. So if you figure you gain .1-.2″ a month… in 5-6months.. you may have an inch.. which is a ton. I guess my main point is- it adds up. slowly. on a 2-3month basis… you’ll be lucky to “see” gains on a monthly basis sometimes. but the gains are a culmination of 50-100workouts where you gain .001″-.005″ each time

Hey, man. Can you work this into a ‘while you sleep’ kind of thing? Just set alarms? I’m a prison guard, and when we have emergencies or fights, having a device stretching my dick is a bit of a no-go. Is it dangerous, like if I sleep through an alarm, is my dick going to fall off? Or do you think just trying to stick to the alarms would be enough?

You can wear it while you sleep, I talked to SG on that. Use the lowest tension though. I haven’t worn it during sleep (the whole night) just during a few naps. I use the night to recover. Yeah, I wouldn’t recommend it at your job unfortunately. On the lowest tension with the soft plastic strap, your dick won’t go numb… I had that problem with the 2other extenders I owned

.. that’s totally the name of the game here. For the first month or 2weeks, you might have to try different things. I’m not entirely sure of the issue that uncut guys face with these devices, so I can’t speak from experience. But it ALWAYS will come down to comfort with this device. That’s the only reason I feel the SG is better than the others.. you can actually wear it, once you figure it out.
ok im new to the extender but im not sure if im new to the pe exercising. I think because i masterbate alot and ive fone jelqing in the past but not enough to hang my hat on it. But i bought a cheap extender off of amaxon for $50 and used it gor the first time this past saturday i tried different settings and all just see how it is. My currentstats are 3 1/2 flaccid and 6 2/16 erect i think i measuerd that roght lol. But i noticed while flaccid i couldnt feel any stretch while using the device so i used the turn nobs near the bottom snd whent as far is i can go to see if i can fell a stretch becsuse thsts ehat i was looking for, and it nearky came off the screws without any added bars. So i marked the spot with a marker to remrmber pointed the extender downward and left it on for 3 hours no break. I almodt forgot i had it on. It syretched me bout snother inch but i couldnt feel it. So today i whrnt to the next smallets bars and did the same thing except with shortter time and still got the stretch but didnt feel the stretch. Do badically what im getting at dhould i still follow your prosedure and slowly go into this even though i cant feel anything ( when i say cant feel not meaning num but cat feel stretch) or should i jump to a area more challenging. Also ive been confused with how to use the device when it comes to stretching my penis. When i enter flaccid should i stretch my prnis as far as posdible with out pain and then put on the device and point it down, or should i puton the device while flassid and stretch it out using the nobs on the bottom as far ad i can get it even if i have to use mor bars in thats caes?. Hey man- just use the first month to prep your dick. Use whatever tension you can go at least 50minutes with for now. You shouldn’t really FEEL a tug/stretch… its only a moderate/light extension for now. do that for a month, you’ll make some progress .1-.15… you’ll KNOW when its time to put some more bars on
Also is it ok to wear it for long periods of time without breaks epecially at work doing those eight hour shifts. It’s okay to wear it for super long period, so long as it isn’t giving you pain. On moderate tension, however, you’ll need a break every 150minutes (at least) in my experience.
As far as the ‘should I bang her?’ issue– throw my opinion out, throw your friends opinion out– if you can get a boner with her and it would be fun — do it. repeat.
if the idea of licking her pussy, fucking her is gross to you– finger her, and get a boner and tell her she has nice lips and left her suck you off.
Women at work- there’s a lot more than I can cover here. You can ask them a question like- So how’s your social life? / So how’s your dating life? / So how’s your love life?… just answer back that yours is good… they’ll tell you if they are available or not. This isn’t a cold approach situation where you can touch women and have no social/professional consequences if she gets lost. That should work.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, really helped, i dont know about the circumcised issue, but it seems a little weird to wear it with the foreskin forward, after all the device is meant to stretch the cells in the copa cavernosa not the skin itself, yeah cool, i’ve been using the device for just over a month now, and i’ve taken it down 1cm because i wasnt able to wear it under my clothes without it slipping back or becoming uncomfortable, so the past 3 days i’ve worn it for over 12 hours and its been really comfortable and i’ve been able to wear it out and everything

When you take breaks from using your extender how long are your breaks
I am considering buying both the sizegenetics extender and the bathmate at the start of next summer when i have more time on my hands. I have read both of your beginner routines for these products, but am wondering if its possible to use both at the same time as i am looking to make gains relatively quickly, going to college in a year…i am currently 3″ falccid and 6″ erect and am aiming for 2 inch gains in erect and 1 inch gains when falccid within a year and a half. Is this possible? and is it safe to use both products at the same time? if you could give me some indication as to a routine i could try thats safe it would be much appreciated as i am aware the first month is really just easing into things, especially as i have never done PE before. im going to buy the bathmate, use it for 6 months, then buy the extender and put that on straight after the bathmate, quick question about that…is it still necessary to ease into the sizegenetics extender beginners programme for the first month ( i.e doing 4 fifteen minute sessions on the first day etc.. ) if i`ve been using the bathmate for 6 months? im thinking that by then i could be doing…manual stretches directly followed by bathmate for 12 minutes, directly followed by the extender for 8 hours or so…for 6 days a week…one day off…thoughts?

Sorry to annoy you again man, I’m just a little confused with this routine of yours on how to use/wear the Sizegenetics for beginners. When you say sessions, do you mean have a little break between them or wear it back-to-back with no breaks at all etc? I’ll be starting the Sizegenetics routine the same day I start the Bathmate routine as well. With stretching, do you mean actually ‘pulling’ on the penis itself until you feel some sort of tension/burn and not pain, right? Do you have to do the stretches (as I’m quite lazy haha) or is it a good idea to, just to be on the safe side?
Is this what you mean for a beginners routine with Bathmate & Sizegenetics together? –
7:15 am: Shower for 5 minutes then wear Bathmate for 8 minutes in flaccid state (If I’m up in time & not lazy).
7:30 am: Basic Stretching (In shower if I don’t wake up in time and use Bathmate beforehand. If I use Bathemate before, still do stretches but outside of shower).
3 sets of the following stretches each performed for 30 seconds in following order to prep penis for Sizegenetics.
Straight up: thirty second stretch
Straight Down: thirty second stretch
Out to left: thirty second stretch
Out to right: thirty second stretch
Rotaries: 25 Cranks
(Wait for 45 seconds – 1 minute and then repeat 2 more times in following order again until all sets are complete)
7:45 am: Strap on SizeGenetics Extender (wear for 15 minutes)
8:00 am: remove SizeGenetics Extender and do 1 set of each stretch
(These will help return good circulation to the penis)

Take day 2 off and then repeat on day 3. However, instead of going for 15 minutes for 4 sessions, go for 20 minutes for 4 sessions.
Is this what you mean by the ‘Beginners Sizegentics Routine’ or are you not supposed to do any stretches in between each session.
Also, can you use the Bathmate straight after the Sizegenetics workout or is it best to wait and do it at night?

Hey Aaron — you can def. make gains with the devices and do no manual training.
All the guys in the Sizegenetics Clinical study gained 1″ in 6months ONLY using the extender
Doing all 3, however, will give you the biggest/fastest gains.
It’s completely up to you on the order in which you use the devices. Try both ways, and pick the one that make the extender the easiest to use.
Eventually you’ll be too big to use bathmate and then sizegenetic. High quality problem.
That routine looks great to me, guarantee results.. just dont gain weight and take a rest day if you cant take a boner. You’ll do good.

Loving the site as always. Been using the bathmate for a couple months now as much as possible and really enjoying it. I would like to also get the sizegenetics but I am unsure as to how large the device is and how easily it is hidden under clothing. I am just worried my girlfriend will be upset if she sees some huge lump under my shorts. She wasn’t the biggest fan when i got the bathmate so I’m kinda doing this without her knowledge. So would I be able to hide the extender from her if I was wearing it?

Hey Jake– I would suggest Bathmate at night, after a day of SizeGenetics… but it’s totally up to you. A lot of guys find it easier to use SizeGenetics with the post bathmate pump.

extender is mainly length… both device will be awesome for beginners. but neither are completely necessary.
I started with my size genetics yesterday, and having it on for the first day of course on the lowest setting, my dick was in a moderate level pain, especially in the mid section. When the pain was unbearable, I had taken the thing of my thing, but my erection was the strongest in my life. My advice to those who want to use the SG, try it on for a couple of hours on the weekend, because in my case it went from pain to the extreme pleasure. But on day two, I find that using the SG, there is really no pain. When I use my Bathmate, I will wait for about two hours before placing the SG on, I am just worried about the unintended consequences such as a cyst.

My PE routine is going smoothly. The Bathmate has done wonders (as stated in my previous post). I’m a little skeptical to buy this, only because I don’t know how often I’m gonna be able to wear the thing. Yes, I can easily do just about 4 hours a day. I might have to split it with two hour intervals… busy work week (I’m 22, just starting in the game, you know how it is). Anyway, any advice you have would be great. 4 hours should be enough, I just encourage guys to wear it as much as possible. the guys (no prior PE experinece) in the clinical study wore it for just 4-6hours and gained an average of 1″ in 6months. that’s a lot.
yeah some days you’ll be able to wear it long than other days, the main thing is that you try to get in some time everyday. It all adds up as I say.

so long as-
1) you dont gain a bunch of fat
2) you maintain good sexual health, strong PC muscle, good nutrition, etc.

Hey there Trent– that’s normal, you just want to press down and strap your dick in there, then let it ‘spring’ forward.. thats where the resistance comes from.. the traction

Yo, i’m confused as to how much im supposed to stretch my dick… for the extender to hold my dick it’s only a moderate stretch, but if i do an extreme stretch it just slips out after a minute or two. Is it suppose to just be a slight stretch that works over time or is the stretch suppose to be intense..? What gives?
Chris has mentioned before that it should be less intense than the stretching you do during manual PE stretches. So it shouldnt be super intense. It should stretch it enough where it doesn’t cause pain at anytime that you wear it.

Just got my Sizegenetics yesterday and I have a couple questions for ya. If i have used the bathmate for 2 months and done some manual PE off and on is it ok to skip the rest days in the first week or so. Im giving it a moderate stretch and following your time guidelines but i dont feel any pain and would be comfortable skipping those rest days for now.
Also, after wearing the it for 1.5 hours today my dick was a little blue but only under where the strap goes and the color came back in a minute after i got a boner. Should I loosen the strap and risk it slipping out or keep it at about the same tightness?

Hey Chris, i just had a question to do with perspective, i’ve been using the SG device for about 2 months now, ive been wearing it for a minimum of 8 hours a day, however i dont think i’m seeing any results, there are days where i think i do but a lot of the time i just think it looks the same or smaller, however i am having to increase the amount of tension so it must be doing something but i just can’t see any results thus far i dont think, what should i do, should i start to increase the tension with the knobs at the base of the device too?

Hey Chris, use a tension where you can remain it in for at least 45minutes but it’s not too easy to where you can wear it for 3-4hours.

The only case where a guy got “smaller” is a guy who gained 55lbs while using it, which unfortunately sizegenetics (and every other device) won’t overcome.. so def. don’t do that

Not necessarily, when I’m sitting (like when I work on GLL for 1-2hours) I have it pointing forward. For the most part, however, it’s pointing downward. I don’t think it matters that much, especially if you are doing some manual stretching a couple of times a week.

Ryan. You need to be as flaccid as possible then stretch your dick as far as you can.then push the extender in towards you so it pressEs the springs all the way down towards you. At this point you should have the extender set at the correct bars so that the strap goes on just below your head. Now the tension of the springs will pull your dick forward and this is the traction you need. To reduce slippage wrap a piece of self adhesive ace bandage around your dick just below the head. This will solve the slippage Problem. You point it down most of the time as you have to in order to conceal it. If you are hangin out naked and alone you can do other directions.

yeah– he’d need to use it for a bit longer to have the gains stick. i don’t know why he didn’t.
usually after 12-18months, about 80% of your gains will stick if you decide to completely stop.

This extender is just pretty convenient, especially for me since I work at home mostly.
maintaining nearly all your gains can be done this way-
1) use bathmate 2-3x a week
or
2) do manual PE 3x a week for 20minutes
or
3) use sizegenetics 2-3x a week for 4 hours

I just purchased the Size Genetics extender and I am confused with how the tension system works. I want to start off at the lowest tension since I just got it, but I am confused as to what setting that is. I have not added any additional rods. Is the lowest setting when the screws you can spin are all the way rotated into the base of the device, or fully rotated up towards the head? If the lowest tension is all the way into the base, it still seems really heavy, and I am having trouble keeping it on. Thank you!

I was able to figure it out. I’m focusing on just getting comfortable with the thing at first rather than upping the tension. I’ve started out with the noose since the I was have pinching issues with the comfort strap and found the noose more comfortable, but thanks to your video I’m going to try the comfort strap again and don’t expect the same problem.
One last question about tension, however: Does tension increase by adding additional bars, or are extra bars just added to fit the extender to whatever your length is?

what I did was this– I would try to stay in the LONGEST setting for as long as possible
every morning… STRETCHING for 35minutes. I didn’t do jelqing.. JUST FOCUSED ON stretching it out and beating the plateau
I was in the process of losing weight (this def. helps too.. remove the fat pad)
took me 2.5weeks and I could stay in the longest setting for 2hours, instead of 20minutes

I have been reading your page quite a lot the last couple of days as I ended up buying a SizeGenetics.
It recently arrived however i’m finding that whenever I have it strapped in and i push it downwards like you recommended It always seems to come back up around midway (so it looks like i have a semi-erection) Is this normal or am I not doing it right?
I also find the head of the penis slightly bends upwards when I stretch so again wanted to confirm i’m doing correct! I am attaching the strap/noose/velcro strap (haven’t decided which works best yet) just below the head.
I don’t want to get length but also end up with a slightly crooked dick!

Hello, so I have been using only the sizegenetics device for about 2.5 months and have gained about a 1/2 inch in length. I used the device for 2 weeks straight (8-12 hours per day) with no rest days, so now I am taking a couple days off as I realized the rest days are important for growth. I was wondering if the results are permanent after 6 months, or if I need to use it forever to keep my gains. I originally thought the gains were permanent but now I’m not so sure…

Once you get to the length you are happy with I would still use the device to maintain your gains. But only use it like 2 days out of the week. Cause if you stop all together you will lose some gains but most will be permanent.

I’m looking for a little advice, I’ve owned the size genetics for about 6 months, have only had brief spurts of a couple of weeks when i’ve used to properly. The easiest way to use the SG is to put it at lowest tension and strap in your dick. And then turn the bars inward to get more tension to wear it is pulling on your dick but that it is comfortable to wear for multiple hours.

Everyone’s dick is different when it comes to PE. But if you get the SG extender while you will get a bit more girth wearing it. It is mostly for length gains only. And manual stretches are geared towards length only. If you do those you will get more length gains then girth gains.

just got the size genetics and going over you beginners set up: now when you say “fewest bars” are you referring to the smallest bars or no bars at all when starting out. how much tenison should i apply when having it on? should i screw it to the point i see the “hash” mark right underneath the screw thread. this may be a stupid question: how do i know when im ready to add on more bars? is there a certain time frame for the each set of bars (starting lowest to highest) or just my penis will tell me by letting me know the higest tension on one set of bars is not much resistance. not sure if im making sense, it’s like when u thinking of something but just don’t know how to ask it, thats the problem im having now. the site is awesome to let u know, i got the new bathmate and doing the manual stretches as well. just want to get things right with the sizegenetics as well. im a beginner as well and i want to get this shit right

Yeah start out with putting zero bars onto the SG. And just strap your dick in and turn the bars inward. Once you feel a bit of a tug on your dick and it is stretched out then you are at the tension you need to be at.
Cause you don’t want to much stress on your dick cause then you won’t be able to wear the extender for long periods of time before needing to take it off. Put it at a tension you can feel but it not hurting you to the point where you can’t wear it for more then an hour.
Once you start seeing the treads on the main bars on the extender from increasing the tension then it will be time to add new bars to it. At that point you loosen the tension all the way back to zero and add the bars and then bring the tension up until you are a little past the length you were at in the stretcher before you needed to add more bars. hope this helps!

when i take it off to restore blood back to my penis should i adjust SG tension back its orginal setting (all the way at the bottom) then put it back, strap my penis in, and re adjust the tension bars or once i have it at the tension i want i can just take it off and put it back on without having to adjust the tension bars again.
Also when i have the SG in the downward position should i tighten up then thumb screws to hold it at the downward position or should i just leave them loose so it can move up and down freely?

I think I answered your questions in an email you sent me. When I take mine off I keep it at the tension I had it at and then just put it back on. And when wearing it in the downward position I keep the thumb screws loosen up so it can move freely.

Thank you Chris for this program, but I think there is one mistake above. Day 13 and 14 – first you write to take a rest in those days but then you write :
“Day 13- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 6 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours each.
Day 14- Today you should wear your SizeGenetics extender for a total of 7 hours over 3 sessions of 2 hours and 20 minutes each.”

For me as long as I get a day or two break from PE then that is good. But if you follow Chris’s routine to a T you should be fine.

How I do it is a jelq and use the bathmate on top of my SG 5 days a week and take two days off for rest. Just listen to your dick and don’t overdo it. But everyday that you wear the SG extender you can add a bathmate session and a jelqing/manual PE session as well. Just remember that letting your dick fully recover after your workout’s is key to better results.

just got my sizegenetics extender two days ago
been a pretty bad start so far, the instructional dvd wont load on my windows vista and same case with the penile health dvd. – is there an option to download online ?
i’m 3.5 in flacid, tht stretches out to abt 5.75 in, almost 6in when erect.
tried to wear the extender after watching yr video bt in vain. i’m uncircumcised as well.
- it pinches the skin with the comfort strap + velcro.
- cant seem to wear it – jus doesnt hold my dick in. (tried only with the basic rods (the advice to set it up over .5 cm beyond stretched length doesnt work – cos girth gets leaner.)
- tried warming up with a hot towel.

Best thing to do is put the foam ring on your dick. That will keep the strap from pinching your dick. Also put some toilet tissue under your dick to. That will add a little more girth in that area and also give you a bit more traction so you won’t have any slippage.

The way I combine all three and have gotten success with all 3 is. Wearing the SG extender for 6-8 hours a day then doing a 10-20 minuet jelqing session followed up with a 15 minuet bathmate session at full pressure. I do this 5 days in a row and then take 2 days off. If you want to do two bathmate sessions then do a morning and night bathmate session consisting of 10 min’s each at full pressure.

after some experimenting – the silicon noose with the foam pad (like chris’s vid on the support plastic) is the only way it works for me.
would also recommend the same to the other newbies, especially the smaller, uncircumcised guys.
perhaps one has to work his way upto the comfort strap.
I’m just trying to see if I understand this routine. When you say for example on day 1, to wear it for 1 hour over 4 sessions, does that just mean wear it for 15 minutes (1st Session), take it off and then put it on, wear it for 15 minutes (2nd Session), take it off and then put it on, wear it for 15 minutes (3rd Session), take it off and then put it on, and wear it for the last 15 minutes (4th Session)?

Hi, my name is John. Ive been trying to wear the sizegenetics device, but can’t seem to wear it for longer than a week. I have been told time and time again to measure my penis fully stretched out when its flacid and I have done so. I know we must wear it 1cm longer than the stretched out flaccid. I measured it but I cant get an accurate measurement since I pull my penis more at times. Sometimes I get 11, sometimes 12, sometimes 13 or 13.5cm. So what I did is I extended my penis with the extender to 14cm. Its fine the first 3 days, than I start to have pain underneath the penis(where the testicle bag and the penis base meet) I get a cut there like my skin is ripping and its soooo painful. I end up stopping for a week to let it heal, than back again with same result. It gets annoying. Does this mean I am wearing it in a way that Im pulling it too hard? I mean if I wear it 12-13cm with the extender I am afraid I won’t get any results and I’ll end up waisting time. Can you please help me? I know you have more experience with the extender.

You need to wear it with less tension. You have to remember that the SG extender is a long term device. It will take time to get gains. But if you wear it at least 4-5 days a week and take 1-2 days off you will get gains. You just need less tension. As long as your dick is pulled out by the extender then it is doing it’s job.

Hey Phil, thanks for replying fast. Its just I am afraid that there will not be enough tension so Id end up waisting time. I keep on contacting the Sizegenetics service, and they keep telling me to measure my flaccid, and placing tension that makes my penis 1cm longer than that measurement. The problem is that The measurements are always 12.5-13cm long when flaccid, so that means I gotta wear the extender 14cm, I did that and it hurts soo much where the cut starts. It makes me walk weird also cuz im so scared the cut would open again. Do you think wearing the device at 13cm would be enough even thought thats my flaccid stretched out length? Yeah dude as long as you have some pull on your dick and it is pulled a little longer then your flaccid length then the extender is doing it’s job. It is a long term device so you won’t see amazing gains right off the bat. I would measure once a month and measure in CM’s so you can really see what you have gained and not gained. But as long as there is some tension on your dick for extended periods of time the device will work.

Hey Phil. Thanks for the very fast reply. Its just I been contacting the sizegentics support team. They keep on telling me to re-measure my penis when its flaccid, and to wear the extender with 1cm longer than that measurement. The thing is when I measure my penis stretched out when flaccid I get inacurate measurements. So I measured it 3 times in one day and it averaged in about 13cm. So that means I gotta wear the extender for 14cm, like they said on the support team. Thats what I did and I keep getting pain and a cut where the ball sack meets the penis. Im just worried if I wear the device with lower tension I will be waisting time with no results? Do you think I should wear it 13cm even though thats my flaccid length stretched out?
